Conserve Solutions is facilitating the construction stage GSAS certification for the Katara Hills Phase III project under the GSAS v2.1 Parks Typology, targeting a 3-Star sustainability rating. The project  executed by General Contractors. Spanning approximately 590,000 sq. m, the development introduces landscaped rolling hills, valleys, jogging tracks, water features, urban art installations, and open community spaces within Cultural Village. Conserve’s role covers comprehensive sustainability coordination, ensuring alignment with GSAS standards and enhancing Qatar’s vision for environmentally responsible cultural and recreational developments
